Create a starter notebook for people that will run the tutorial on Google Colab.

Add the link to the starter notebook on README.md

I'm struggling with creating a Google Colab notebook that installs pygmt and the other dependencies.
Because pygmtcannot be installed with pip, I tried to follow these instructions for installing Miniconda and then use condato install pygmt, but I'm getting the following error:

Executing transaction: ...working... done
Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): ...working... failed

InvalidVersionSpec: Invalid version '4.19.112+': empty version component
