Jupyter notebook file

First of all, thanks for this wonderful source. Great work.
I just have an suggestion, it would have been wonderful if this repo had a single jupyter notebook file that would allow users to just run the file and everything works on it.
Like a WaveRNN.ipynb file where first block explaining proprocessing, second block running and explaining train_tacotron.py and so on, so forth that would have been of great help for someone who is new to this all and wishes to use google colab's TPU for training or running the whole project on it. I'll make one for mine. You'd add something like in the repo too. @fatchord
