Holes in glyphs in Copperplate font don't show up

Most of the fonts on my system render properly, but the holes in the glyphs in Copperplate don't show up. Need to dig into the segments to see why the interior paths aren't being detected.
This should be resolved by switching to the new "text" function built into OpenScad.
