claim name "moist" on pypi

I searched for "moist" on pypi, and did not find it. I suggest that you should claim the name now and declare your package to be "Development Status : 1 - Planning". This at least prevents somebody else claiming the name for some other package. If you later decide not to release moist, you can delete your pypi entry and leave it available for somebody else.
