Mensas not hidden correctly in favorite view

Some stil shown besides not In favorite view, only expanded mensas should be shown.
if mensa is favorite, but has no menus, it should not be shown.
The issue is difficult to fix because the UI adapters filter the lists themselves.
The logic of favorite / not favorite and if its therefore shown should be put in the repositories, to make the UI adapters simpler and less error prone.
This can not be changed now anymore, because the users (including me) now expect it to behave like this.
