ue5运行图集错乱

editor下运行demo和我自己的工程第一次都会错乱，后面启动就正常了，如果用独立进程运行就一直都不行

GetSurfaceHeight查到是这个方法返回异常 不知道是设计如此还是ue5的bug

改成GetPlatformData()->SizeY 可以生效
