Option for prevent login by empty password

This option name may confused with existing blank_password option, though.
@xnuk I'm not sure if that's a very useful feature. Sure, it could prevent accidentally pressing Enter with no password, but then what about users that don't have passwords? We can't make that option the default. But then, what would be the point of that feature if it's just to prevent, quite literally, a skill issue (my bad... I had to say that 😄), and when it's not even the default?

In my case, just pressing enter key by only 3 seconds makes my account locked for 10 minutes (due to failed 5 login attempts). That could be prevent by this option.
what about users that don't have passwords?
Mostly they don't need a login manager.
We can't make that option the default.
I don't have any preference choosing whether to make the option default or not. Just having an option is completely okay.
