Improve error message clarity when user reaches pod limit

It seems that the current error message displayed when a user reaches the pod limit is not very user-friendly. Users are presented with a technical error message that might not be easily understood by everyone. To improve the user experience, it would be beneficial to show a more human-readable error message that clearly indicates that the pod limit has been reached, perhaps with a suggestion or link to further action or information.
