Add spinner to indicate Pods loading on mobile version

Currently, when loading the pods list on the mobile version of Fairdrive, users are met with an empty screen which can create confusion regarding the loading status. It would enhance the user experience to have a spinner or a loading indicator during this phase to signify that the process is ongoing. This way, users aren't left wondering if the app is stalled or still processing the request.
