License questions

Who can we talk to if we have questions about the license?
The github page says the project is licensed under CC-BY-NC 4.0 license. Does this license apply to just the model weights that you’ve trained? Or does the license apply to the source code for the Masked Autoencoder?
Maybe it applies to weight. ex) LLaMA.. :)
