JCenter is at end of life

As you probably already know: https://blog.gradle.org/jcenter-shutdown.
It would be nice to migrate the project to Maven Central, and probably even re-publish current version if no new versions are expected soon.
Not sure if this project is dead or what, but it would be really nice if somebody saw this until February 2022.
Based on the current timeline, builds that use JCenter will be able to resolve dependencies until February 1, 2022 without changes. After that date, there are no guarantees that you will be able to build your software if you continue to use JCenter.

We're in the process or archiving the Spectrum open source project.
There should be an official announcement coming in the near future, I hope, containing more details.
Once again apologies for the delay - spectrum is available in Maven Central though since January, I will update the release notes: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/facebook/spectrum/
