unknown command 'pr'

I was having issue with Sapling and I decided to reinstall it, after doing it the pr command is no longer there. I've uninstalled gh and sapling, cleared cache and run:
brew install sapling
sl pr
> sl version
Sapling 0.2.20230523-092610+f12b7eee
It's the same version I had before and I don't remember doing anything special first time I installed Sapling a month ago. What am I doing wrong?
Turned out my .sl/config was messed up. It must include %include builtin:git.rc in it.
