`sl config` is not shown in the default help menu

If I run sl outside of a Sapling checkout, it displays the default help menu but sl config is not one of the commands listed.

I was playing around and installed sapling from main branch source code, on a x86 mac.

It seems showing sl config for a non sl repo.

localhost:sapling rkferreira$ sl 
(...)
Other commands:

 config        show config settings
(...)

localhost:sapling rkferreira$ sl --version
Sapling 4.4.2_20231014-033710-h7a192322
