Splitting a rev with a PR attached links the PR into both revs

I have a commit and submitted a PR with sl pr submit. I realized it needs to be split up, so sl split and move a few pieces into a new commit on top and submit a new PR. Both the previous commit and the new one are tagged with the same PR:
