CMake compile error - set_property could not find TARGET

When I run "cmake -G Xcode .. -DIGL_WITH_VULKAN=OFF",some errors occurred

I'v specified -DIGL_WITH_VULKAN=OFF, how to fix it ?

Hi, I was able to repro this locally. We will push a fix very soon.
