Remove cargo bench from CI

Cargo bench was added in 51b756c, however it is no longer in use. We should remove it from CI workflows.
This might also be a great use case for the camper. Let me talk to Slavik about when he's supposed to sit with us. This is a low priority until then. Thanks!
