YV3.5 CL: read wrong board revision

Hi @DelphineChiu,

We have an issue on CraterLaker EVT3A. BIC reads wrong board revision(0x00) from CPLD when boot.
This issue can be reproduced using 12V cycle.
It results in incorrect sensor readings from the temperature sensor and HSC.
Do you have the same issue?
