Error Opening File and Compile Instructions

Hello @fabricioanciaes !
I really enjoyed your application. Great job.
However, I have a problem:
When I try to enter the server port, the message "ERROR OPENING FILE" 4046 ": NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY" appears.
Could you help me with this question?
I would also like to know how to compile the application for windows! For learning purposes.
