Problem with installation extension on OS X

Hello guys, can you please help me because I'm freshie in Python and I cant install this extension without any problems, I stuck on ''install_osx.py" I don't know how can I install it ( I tried by terminal but there is picture below what I see after clicking enter)
now after installing and opening send to silhouette in inkscape I have something like this

how did you manage to install? can you explain the steps you took? this may be of interest for others and maybe also for the install steps guide.

the second error look like some kind of path issue... maybe some of those macosx paths change recently? maybe it's related to the first one?
can you provide more information on your system: os version, processor type, inkscape version, how you installed inkscape, the content of your preferences.xml?
NB: I hope some mac users can look at this
Newest Inkscape, MacOS Sonoma, M2 Chip, i edited preferences.xml manually with copy and paste text from installation guide, can someone please can explain step by step how I need to install this extension from the beggining?
