Steps

1. Copy .env.example to .env and fill in the required info.

2. run yarn install

3. run npx buidler compile

4. run npx buidler deploy

5. run npx buidler stake-executor

6. run npx buidler fund-proxy

7. In another terminal window, run npx buidler execute-tasks

8. run npx buidler submit-task
