Disable call confirmation dialog

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I want to call a person, the app asks me to confirm this, which believe is an exteraGram’s feature. However, I use private calls very often and have got used to the official app’s behavior. It would be great to have an option to disable the dialog. Thank you!
