Scratchpad web page to host images for paper

We need somewhere we can (reproducibly) host the various images for the paper generated from our example. We can’t do that on develop without some care as that will put a whole bunch of unwanted images onto the website. Perhaps we can have another entry point similar to App.Main with its own index.html which we just host locally to generate the images. (Can’t remember what we did for POPL, probably the website wasn’t so functional then.)
