Installing composer stop with this error:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.
  Problem 1
    - Installation request for exileed/rocketchat-monolog 1.1.0 -> satisfiable by exileed/rocketchat-monolog[1.1.0].
    - exileed/rocketchat-monolog 1.1.0 requires php ~7.3 || 8.0 -> your PHP version (8.0.12) does not satisfy that requirement.
