Add 'Exif 2.32 metadata for XMP' standard

The 'Exif 2.32 metadata for XMP' standard was released in April 2020 and can be downloaded here.

I notice that ExifTool's XMP exifEX Tags only reference the 2.31 version.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll update this reference in the next release. Support for Exif 2.32 for XMP was actually added to ExifTool in February 2020.
