Fan control not working on M3 Pro, Icon does not show temperatures.

A few weeks ago, I installed stats and I really like the app. I was able to control the fan control, and take a quick glance at the temperature of my CPU/GPU.
Today I tried to set the fan speed to manual and it no longer works.
After searching online for a little bit, I uninstalled Stats, and installed it again.
The manual fan control is still not working.
And now Stats does not show the temperatures at a glance.
It shows this icon instead:
