Allow to choose sync folder mount type

It should be possible to the user to choose the method to mount the Vagrant synced folder. The default (vboxfs) is not always the best option, albeit the box should have the chosen method pre-reqs.
The available options are in the Vagrant documentation.
Maybe this improvement is related to #234 ?
