Installation
Two ways to install:
Using taps (RECOMMENDED)
Add the repo to your Homebrew taps (you only need to do this once)
$ brew tap ewilliam/booze
Install mutt-kz
$ brew install mutt-kz --with-notmuch --enable-gpgme
Manually
$ brew install https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ewilliam/booze/master/mutt-kz.rb
