Improvement opportunity finder

Create a service (and abstract interface for similar services) which will detect improvement opportunity for readme files (will be passed as a string) which contain string as

gem '<project name>'

without specifying language of the project (in our case we should with syntax highlighting)

will become

gem '<project name>'
