pencil crashes when run with electron command line on windows 10

- Operating system: windows 10
- Pencil version: dev version
can't run project using electron.
When I run the project from the command line using electron. the application seems to be crashing . I only get the landing screen and I get no error messages in the cmd.
the only messages I get are these :
Background web-printer started.
Shortcut main service started.
