New stencil to repository

Hi there. My name is Yuriy Sirotenko and I'm software engineer. The most part of my career I've been using Evolus/Pencil open source tool for design my apps and want to say thank you for that brilliant software
Recently I created a stencil (plugin) for Pencil software and want to publish this one in repository to all users install and use it in intended purpose.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any info how to publish stencil to your repository. Can you help me? Thank you!
