This repo contains collections of plots and codes used to generate it. The plots are created using different languages and/or packages, which include :

• python

  • using numpy, scipy, pandas for data manipulation.

  • base, dplyr, tidyverse library for data manipulation.
  • base and libraries like ggplot, plotly for visualization.

• Circos : for feature rich, complex circular plot visualization.
