Merchant App: Print ticket with details of the order upon confirmation

This functionality asks to put a "PRINT" button inside each order in the Merchant view. The function is to two 2 prints to the ticket printer of the restaurant. Example:

The purpose of this print is to allow to have the order in the kitchen in order to prepare it, were because of steam, high temperature and other factors a screen cannot be set, and the other one to have it pasted in the package of the order once packaged.

The order information contained on each ticket should be:
KITCHEN

• Order ID
• date of order start
• time of order start
• products and details
• customer name (if available)

PACKAGE

• Order ID
• date of order start
• time of order start
• If available, customer details like name, phone, delivery address (if delivery, if takeaway home address)
• individualized item prices
• total order price
