Unknown Format (EVE ISK per Hour)

Describe the format (where you got it, etc)
This format comes from the, "Copy to Clipboard" function within EVE ISK per Hour (a very popular utility for manufacturing calculations). The copy to clipboard function exports information about the currently configured blueprint and includes a materials list in the format, "MATERIAL - QUANTITY". For example:
Tritanium - 3,029,400
Pyerite - 1,069,200
Mexallon - 178,200
Isogen - 53,460
Nocxium - 17,820
Zydrine - 5,792
Megacyte - 3,119
Closed since there is a workaround using another feature built into EVE ISK per Hour.
