HTTP API unauthorized

I tryng test eventql on a docker container builded by this Dockerfile.
In the first build it not work and i add this linha after the 19: RUN chown -R eventql:eventql /var/evql and it works, but now, when i try call the API i receive "unauthorized" in the body response.
This is a missing configuration, missing documentation or bug?
