[BUG] `building_menu` missing `help_category`

Describe the bug
the contrib doesn't have help_category set at all
To Reproduce
install building_menu by following how-to
Expected behavior
edit command should be displayed under the 'building' help heading rather than 'general' commands
Environment, Evennia version, OS etc
Evennia 2.3.0
OS: posix
Python: 3.11.0rc1
Twisted: 22.10.0
Django: 4.1.13
Additional context
set category for help explicitly?
