Expand the documentation of Marnet

In this issue we can see that instructions or a basic example to the readme on how to use searoute with a custom maritime network was to be added in the next release. Now, there is added references to the "marnet" package, but I fail to see examples or instructions on how we would use it to add our own searoutes to this library.
