I noted that your resources are primarily written by men. My writing needs to address a wide audience in a distributed company. Are there additional resources you (or others) have come across to broaden the perspectives?

If a may I suggest something on the topic, I would say to write a first draft of what you already know about the topic (even if you know next to nothing), so you don't have a bias on what you have read, and then start researching to compare and refine your text.
I helps with the bias and also to exercise critical thinking.
