Update all instances of `fides_tc_string` to `fides_string` in fides-js

We need to support a {tc_string},{ac_string} to provide a slightly-future proof representation of a "single string" format for custom integrations with us. in the APIs we've built thus far we've been using either fides_tc_string or tc_string for the name of that field but I'm thinking we should try to make it very consistent as: fides_string

Go through fides-js code and change all instances to fides_string
