Itegration with `smd/hsm/v2/Inventory/EthernetInterfaces` APIs

add nodes IPs information to the result of get_node_details function, for this, we need to integrate with https://sms/apis/smd/hsm/v2/Inventory/EthernetInterfaces APIs.
Also, be able to update IPs in nodes network interfaces
