SNMP support for nodes monitoring purposes

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like
I would like ESPHome to have SNMP support for network monitoring applications (like Zabbix). One component is already available and I have tested, it works fine with 2024.3.1. (see additional info for URL). This component would work even better if "network uptime" was available. That requires just a few lines of code. Author also has tested, it works fine. Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:
This would extremely help for ESPHome nodes monitoring purposes. Main application would be opensource monitoring software Zabbix.
