Rotate does not come up in Kwin shortcuts

Symptom
I would like to move the master window to the right. I have seen that I can use the rotate shortcut but it is not listed in the Kwin shortcuts. So I cannot configure it. Also when searching for rotate, no result is returned
Expected behavior
I guess the Rotate shortcut should appear in the Kwin shortcuts.
Environment
- Distro: Manjaro KDE
- KWin version: 5.24.3
- Krohnkite version: 0.8.2
- List of KWin scripts in use: Force Blur
A reboot seems to have solved it
