Manual tiling feature request.

Manual tiling is something you can get on most desktops these days but not kde. You either get no tiling or autotiling like with this package.

I'm wondering if this package could fill the gap by providing a manual tiling option for users who just want to snap a couple windows side like on Windows 10.
