clean up update site

- remove headless feature even for old versions. It is probably tenuous to do it for all versions, consider keeping only 0.33
- remove the really old erlide versions from the releases site, they are available in the archive
Cleaned up only the composite update site -- kept versions from 0.31.0.
Updating old update sites is not necessary.
