Economy not load correctly

Describe the bug
A failure on the part of the server, which can cause duplications. It consists of using the exchange proxy mode and for some specific reason one of the economies does not load correctly.
To Reproduce
1 - Playerpoints don't load correclty on startup
2 - Trade between servers, one of them having one of the economies disabled
Additional context
The trade will display an error when completed, however, if you tried to exchange points for coins, for example, your points and coins will return due to the failure, but they will also be sent to the server that does not have active playerpoints, generating a duplication.
