with libjingle 0.6.0 we can create vs2010 sln successfully，but there is nothing in the vsproject, why?

the system is win7,32bit.according to the readme in libjingle folder,everything
is ok.then Run 'hammer --mode=all --vsproj' to generate vs2010 sln,but the
project is empty,there aren't files in it.

I also met this problem. Need to find a way to use jingle.lib in a VS project,
instead of using scons.
