Please add a rendered pdf

Can you please provide a rendered pdf for those of us with no latex experience.
I installed all tex/latex packages from my package manager but am still having latex errors when trying to run the command from your readme file. I have spent over an hour trying various solutions found on google for each error but still no luck.

Maybe I should write more detailed instructions to compile the book. Moreover, the repository is not up to date. I will fix that this week-end.

I will see what I can do to provide a PDF. But it is not a good idea to add it in the repository.
