Im using a samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 and using the five lines layout I need a
keyboard with a mouse function but dont know if this has got one

No, there's no mouse function. It's intended to be used with a touchscreen
device where you'd just use your finger for pointer interactions. I think
Chrome Remote Desktop has a nice mouse emulation mode for example.
