ImageJob not in Completed or Failed stage

What steps did you take and what happened:

When ImageJob reaches "imagejob not in completed or failed phase" , the ImageJob should be cleaned up so other jobs can still run.
What did you expect to happen:

- Kubernetes version: (use
kubectl version):
Closing issue - reached out to AKS team to disable ImageCleaner add-on when Eraser is already present.
