Incorrect replacement

Hi,
This replacement bot is recently malfunctioning on Urdu wikipedia and replaced some correct words with incorrect ones. I checked replacements page but did not understand why this bot suddenly started making these mistakes. Please see this edit, Thanks.
To verify the bot correctness you can run the bot on a specific -page:"PAGENAME"
This can be a draft page that copies the content of this page (before the edit).
Please verify you escape special characters for regex such as |. (for example in 642)
If you still need help with finding out the specific replacement, can you please create a test page (in user namespace) to replicate wrong edits there?
