Describe the bug
The mass transfer calculations as illustrated in the following example seems to hang in numerical algorithms:

Expected behavior
Mass transfer calculations using neqsim are important for a number of situations such as:
- Calculation of time for evaporating a liquid in a gas stream
- Drying of process equipment
- Absorption and stripping processes
